The most important thing to understand is that many of us “DO” over do it from time to time, especially during the Holidays. I’ve had a few people tell me that they sacrifice during the year and treat themselves during the holidays, but with the understanding that they’ll do whatever it takes to get things back in order. Don’t panic, just make the adjustment and refocus, don’t allow temptation to continue to control your better judgment.
