Dr. Kimberly Smith Dauterive, MD, was once again the Guest Speaker at our meeting of The Diabetic Kitchen. If there’s a more willing person who would be willing to address the group she or he undoubtedly has to reside on another planet.
In the video, Dr. Kim is addressing members of The Diabetic Kitchen as they were discussing the “Flu” and proper preparation as the season is rapidly approaching, and we all know that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
It is virtually impossible to express the love and admiration we share for Doctor Kimberly, her willingness, enthusiasm, determination, and love for “Being A Blessing To Others,” is matchless and is a wonder to have the opportunity to experience. Simply being in her presence, a person can’t help but come away with a sense of urgency to reach out and touch someone in a positive manner.
Thank You Again, Dr. Kimberly Smith Dauterive, may your Blessings Continue To Rain Down Upon You and Your Family…Praises to You, Glory To God…

Welcome to The Diabetic Kitchen
We invite you to join us in “THE DIABETIC KITCHEN,” a Diabetes Support and Management Group where all that’s needed is a want to help yourself, willingness to learn and absorb new ideas, and an open mind to accept a New Way of Life. Periodically, in The Diabetic Kitchen, we will offer a Heart Healthy Meal, Diabetic Meal for our participants. Look it over and if you like what you see, make The Diabetic Kitchen your home away from home.
The Benefits of a Diabetes Support Group
It is a proven fact that many people suffering from a particular illness often fare better in coping with the illness when they are able to share thoughts, ideas, experiences, and concerns with others who are affected with the same condition or illness. As a member of The Diabetic Kitchen, you’ll have an opportunity to associate with other diabetics, medical staff, youth, adults, and elderly sufferers who are also seeking relief in the form of information and teamwork.
It is and shall be the mission of The Diabetic Kitchen to establish a Diabetic Support and Management Group whose tools are Education, Exercise, Fellowship, and Hope. We will facilitate the use of Professionals and Diabetics in metering out information and discussing diabetic experiences. It shall be our goal to act as a conduit for information, references, and networking to the varied communities we serve, with our areas of focus being Type-1 Diabetes, Type-2 Diabetes, and Type-3 Diabetes; Type-3 Diabetes is now considered by a varied number of the leading experts in the field of Diabetic Medicine as being “Alzheimer”. As a result of this revelation, The Diabetic Kitchen have made the choice to place a concentrated focus on Alzheimer, the Patients, and Caregivers. We are committed to lifting every person behind us as we climb in knowledge and understanding of Diabetes is our goal. Our meetings are Free and Open to the Public.
